I can’t breathe. I keep losing things. I can’t concentrate and I feel like I’m going insane half the time. But I can’t tell anyone, because no one will understand. If I need someone to talk to in order to keep me from driving off a cliff, they’ll be done. They’ve heard it all before.
And so I can’t breathe. Am I manic?
Sfroi, you know most of us feel this way some of the time right? It’s called stress, and the more you stress about it the worse all these symptoms get 🙂 Put some relaxing music you love on, and sit and breath into the music…that helps me sometimes.
